About me
Here at Tia Lewis equestrian its all about the horses.
I started riding when I was 2 years old having grown up with in the local pony club as well as out on the hunt field. I have always had a deep passion for everything to do with horses having backed my first pony at just the age of 12, continuing on to back a variety of horses and ponies. I also had my first success at eventing going to the pony club championships in all 3 phases and winning at BE. After I produced my event pony I sold him and went onto getting
my first exracehorse at the age of 15 from the racing stables. Proceeding to retrain him myself to eventing at intermediate and 3* along with Medium dressage.
I have been fortunate enough to of shadowed and been trained by some of the worlds best coaches and riders. Which leads me onto being a BHS stage 4 eventing coach. I was also awarded the jeffress scholarship in 2023 for my coaching alongside being apart of the 2021-2022 BEF young professionals programme.

I have always had a great level of passion for working with foals up to producing them for their chosen career where ever their heart lies. Be that eventing, dressage, show jumping, hunting etc. I have extensive experience teaching them from birth through to their ridden career.
A massive part of me apart from my riding and training of horses is I am a dedicated coach who aims to help all riders of any skill levels achieve their equestrian goals and become better horsemen and women. There is a whole page on my coaching so why not scroll on down if you are wanting to know more.
